A major development, technical proposal or exhibition has a story to tell. A slide deck can be hard to navigate. A physical event has a place, a date and an audience that can make it there.
GoldcrestCode creates browser-based spaces for planning and property presentations, public engagement, energy and infrastructure projects, and corporate exhibitions.
GoldcrestCode is a family-run, senior-engineer-led software house, based in Scotland and working across the UK. We combine visual presentation with practical software engineering, rather than treating the environment as a decorative extra. You work directly with experienced engineers, with scope, responsibilities and support agreed before delivery. Meet GoldcrestCode.
A distinctive environment gives the project a considered, professional setting and helps communicate the quality behind it.
People can explore remotely and return to the material during the agreed availability period, alongside other engagement routes.
A reusable information experience can support conversations and reduce reliance on repeated presentations. The benefit depends on the project and its audience.
A presentation, several attachments and repeated follow-up explanations.
A clear place to explore the project, find supporting material and take the next step.
Compare build, content, hosting and support with the supplementary venue, travel and staffing costs relevant to your project. A digital experience does not remove every event cost.
Every virtual experience is individually quoted. The level of visual customisation, supplied assets, content, interactivity, integrations, hosting duration and support all shape the scope.
Start with the audience and the outcome. We can then recommend a focused exhibition or a more extensive branded environment. Hosting and ongoing responsibilities are agreed separately.
Define the audience, project story and purpose of the visit.
Agree the environment, content, interactions and quotation.
Create the experience and review it against the agreed brief.
Agree hosting, availability, handover and any ongoing support.
Yes. Explore the GoldcrestCode virtual room to see the atrium, displays and meeting-room environment. It is our own demonstration; a commissioned experience is tailored to its brief.
Yes. Branding, visual character, layout and content are agreed as part of the scope. The demonstration is one example rather than a fixed template.
Project displays, documents, media and enquiry or feedback routes can be considered for your brief. We agree the functionality and any personal-information handling before implementation.
A digital exhibition can complement consultation activity and make information available remotely. It does not automatically fulfil statutory requirements or replace mandatory physical events. Your responsible planning professional should confirm the requirements for the project and jurisdiction. See Scottish Government planning guidance as a starting point.
The demonstration runs in a browser. Device support, performance, navigation and readable alternatives are considered for each commissioned experience; a specialist headset is not the default requirement.
Visual customisation, assets, content volume, interactions, integrations, hosting and event duration, and the support required. We agree those responsibilities before work begins.
